💬 Fancy text edition for comments

Until now, the toolbar lived mainly in the post composer. With this update, it also works inside comments. That means you can:

• Toggle formatting on and off right below the comment box
• Style replies with the same toolbar you already know
• Keep selections persistent so you can stack styles like bold + italic without reselecting text

✍️ Live markdown recognition

Are you a markdown purist? You can now type natural markdown (**bold**, _italic_, ~~strikethrough~~, and more) and watch it instantly transform into styled text.

• Works when typing or pasting
• Handles multiple patterns at once
• Comes with escape sequences if you actually want the raw symbols.
  And if you don’t like auto-conversion, you can disable it globally in the Options page or with the toolbar’s MD On/Off toggle

🎨 Fixes and polish

We’ve improved text styling and selection so the toolbar feels smoother and more reliable. No more quirks when switching between effects or reformatting snippets.

What’s Next?

• Shortcuts like CTRL+B or CTRL+I or CTRL+S to speed up formatting
• This is huge but not sure if feasable: a brand new post scheduling experience, at least for the check of what posts are scheduled and when in a single view (probably a read-only feature)
• Generative AI capabilities (rephrasing a post, suggesting a reply, summirizing long post, …) providing a cross-extension messaging with AIDA, the browser AI experiment I’m developing when my other projects are not enough 🤣..how do I do this? Still don’t know but I know I want to do it!
