Ciao a tutti!

I’m Enrico Murru, a proud father of a wonderful baby girl names Arianna, but also a Senior Tech Manager and Innovation Leader at Engineering Group, with more than fifteen years of experience designing, building and evolving Salesforce solutions across a wide range of industries. Since 2016 I’ve had the honour of belonging to the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame – the first Italian to do so – thanks to an enduring commitment to sharing knowledge and nurturing the Ohana spirit.

My story

I was introduced to the Salesforce platform in 2009 and was instantly captivated by the idea of sculpting business processes in the cloud. What began as curiosity soon grew into a vocation: I have guided enterprise‑scale projects, introduced robust integration frameworks, and helped teams re‑imagine customer experiences on Salesforce.

As my technical journey unfolded, I realised that innovation flourishes when curiosity meets community. I began writing technical blog posts, speaking at events and mentoring new trailblazers, eager to turn personal discoveries into collective learning.

I’m the creator of the ORGanizer for Salesforce, the #BestSalesforceExtensionEver and other side‑projects that once kept me awake at night evolved into widely‑used tools, that now support tens of thousands of admins and developers every day. The same maker mindset gave me podium finishes at international hackathons and led me to teach a university module on Salesforce, where I encourage students to see low‑code not just as technology but as an invitation to create.

Today I coordinate innovation workshops, shape architectural guidelines, and continue to experiment with emerging technologies – always convinced that learning is a journey, not a destination.

Oh, I’m also a huge AI enthusiast (who’s not?).

Certifications & continuous learning

I hold more than forty Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect, System Architect and B2C Solution Architect. Each certification is a milestone in my quest to master the platform and help others navigate it with confidence.
