Salesforce Salary Survey Italia 2025–2026: Let’s Get Our Hands Dirty (With Data)

Spread the love

For years, there’s been a recurring question echoing through the Salesforce ecosystem in Italy: how much do people really earn here? And no, it’s not just about curiosity. Understanding the market helps everyone — from professionals planning their next move to companies building fair, competitive teams.

That’s why we’re back for the second edition of the Salesforce Salary Survey Italy 2025–2026. Similar work has been done over the years by Mason Frank and, more recently, by the excellent team at SalesforceBen (see their 2024–25 report here), but none of these studies offered detailed insights specific to the Italian market. The first edition, launched through the Salesforce Sidekicks podcast, sparked conversations, data debates, and a few healthy reality checks. This time, we’re expanding the effort under the Nerd @ Work Lab umbrella — keeping the same community-driven spirit, but with sharper focus and cleaner data.

Why this survey matters

Italy’s Salesforce market is vibrant, diverse, and often opaque. Between consulting firms, ISVs, freelancers, and end users, salaries can vary wildly. Without real data, it’s too easy for assumptions, LinkedIn posts, or gut feelings to replace facts.

This survey aims to bring transparency. We collect anonymous information on salaries, roles, benefits, certifications, and market perception to build an open snapshot of the Italian Salesforce ecosystem — something everyone can access, use, and discuss.

What’s new this year

We heard your feedback from last year. The 2025–2026 edition is:

  • Shorter and more direct (around 6–8 minutes)
  • Completely anonymous — no personal data, just insights
  • Fully in Italian, designed for anyone working in Italy (regardless of nationality)

You’ll find sections covering company type, Salesforce experience, certifications, salary range, benefits, and your perception of the market’s direction. We’re also covering AI adoption, community participation, and how professionals see the future of Salesforce roles in Italy.

Who should take it

If you work in Italy and speak Italian, this is for you — whether you’re an admin, developer, architect, consultant, or freelancer. Even if you’re not Italian, your perspective matters: the survey is about the Italian market, not nationality.

What happens next

Once the survey closes, all results will be published in aggregated form on this blog and shared through the community channels. No paywalls, no hidden reports. Just clean, community-sourced data for everyone to use.

You can also subscribe to the newsletter on nerdatwork.gumroad.com to get the results directly in your inbox.

Ready to contribute? It only takes a few minutes to make the Italian Salesforce market a little more transparent, fair, and data-driven.

And share with your friends!
